But we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Quality Complaint Handling Specialist, who will help us ensure a consistent high quality in products and production. Are you that person?
As Quality Complaint Handling Specialist, you will have reference to our Chief Quality Officer and join a team of 5 ambitious colleagues in the Quality Assurance Department. Your area of responsibility will be the Complaint Management.
You will manage complaints filed through our customer hosted portals and ensure progress on all records. This includes:
- Continuous communication to suppliers and customers
- Returned materials handling
- Internal issue management
- Participation in internal audits and ISO certifications
You have an engineering or other relevant educational background supplemented with practical experience from a QA position. You are fluent in English and preferably experienced with
- Complaint handling acc. to 8D methodology
- Six Sigma
- Automotive processes and requirements
- Relevant ISO standards
- Navision ERP system
You possess drive, work independently, structured and have good communication skills. You excel in working cross organizational, internal and external, and motivating progress of involved people. You have a good commercial understanding, and approach your task without compromising standards and systems.
